Born from the heart of Derby’s culinary heritage, Derby Pyclets is proud to bring back a nearly forgotten Midlands favourite. Pyclets, once a staple on Derby market stalls in the 19th and early 20th centuries, are a lighter, fluffier cousin of the crumpet, traditionally griddled and enjoyed fresh.
We’ve lovingly restored this tradition, blending historic recipes with imaginative and delicious new flavours to create something truly special and available for everybody with gluten and or dairy free recipes available too.
